Cell Phones
For the comfort of all our guests, please silence all cell phones and refrain from cell phone use when visiting salon.
Covid-19
If you are experiencing any symptoms or have been exposed to someone with Covid-19, please call the salon to reschedule.
Adjustments
Please note: Number of sessions needed may vary to achieve specific results. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your service, you must notify Therapy Salon within seven days of receiving the service. A complimentary adjustment will be scheduled within two weeks of the original service. If additional work is performed beyond the adjustment, a service charge may apply. Any additional costs will be discussed prior to performing the service.
Cancellations
We kindly ask that you notify us at least 24 hours prior to appointment time. There is a 50% charge for cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance and 100% charge for no-shows. Repeated no-shows or cancellations may require credit card prepayments to reserve an appointment.
Lateness
Our scheduling is designed to permit the correct time needed to complete your services. Please help us by being on time so that we may complete your service as scheduled. If you are more than 15 minutes late, it may be necessary to reschedule your appointment.
Children
We request children are brought into the salon only when they have a scheduled appointment.
Gift Cards
Gift cards are not transferable, may not be returned, may not be redeemed for cash or used to purchase another gift card. Service prices are subject to change. Salon packages may not be substituted. Therapy Salon is not responsible for lost or stolen cards.
Product Returns
We know it happens, sometimes a product does not do what you want it to. Come on in for a complimentary consultation and let one of our service providers show you how to get the results you are looking for. In the unlikely event that you are still not satisfied, you are welcome to return the product for an exchange within two weeks of the original purchase with a valid receipt. Unfortunately, we cannot accept the following items for a refund or exchange: makeup and makeup brushes, or products that have been used more than a few times. Damaged items, sale items or discontinued items CANNOT be returned.
