A DIFFERENT KIND OF THERAPY

Therapy Salon opened in 2014 with owner Sarah Zebb’s vision of creating a welcoming salon inspired by Aveda’s mission and offering a professional yet relaxed atmosphere.

Sarah has spent more than 30 years in the beauty industry. She discovered Aveda early in her career and, after training with the brand, developed a love for creating natural-looking hair color. She believes hair color should complement each guest’s features, personal style, and lifestyle.

Sarah is grateful to call Los Altos home, where she raised her three daughters. They grew up around the salon, which has been an important part of Sarah’s life and work. Her goal is for every guest to feel welcome, cared for, and good about themselves.

We invite you to slow down, take a deep breath, and enjoy a moment for yourself. The soothing aromas of Aveda’s flower and plant essences create a peaceful beginning to your visit. Inspired by nature, Aveda uses naturally derived ingredients whenever possible to care for your hair and skin.

We believe beauty is about how you look and how you feel. Our hope is that you leave feeling relaxed, refreshed, and renewed.

Giving Back to Our Community

Caring for people goes beyond hair. As a proud partner of Wigs for Kids, we support children experiencing hair loss due to chemotherapy or alopecia. Wigs and related services are provided at no cost to families.

We understand that a wig can mean more than a change in appearance. It can help a child feel more like themselves and face the day with greater confidence. We’re honored to support children and their families with kindness and care throughout the process.

Giving back is part of who we are. Sharing our skills to bring comfort to others is some of the most meaningful work we do.
