Therapy Salon is a lifelong evolution of 30 years of life, beauty, nutrition training, passion for volunteer and a drive to making clients feel great. It was founded by Sarah Zebb, whose accomplished career as a high-end stylist has brought her endless rewards — primarily in using her skills and training to improve people’s lives. Sarah was an early fan of the Aveda brand, admiring the high quality and environmental responsibility of their products and practices from the very beginning. As a devoted volunteer for the American Cancer Society’s Look Good, Feel Better program, Sarah routinely works with cancer survivors undergoing aggressive treatment that ravages skin, hair, and nails. It’s the ultimate irony that treatment given to save patients’ lives can simultaneously devastate their self-esteem, affecting their day-to-day lives and ultimately, their recovery. Sarah came to realize that improving a person’s look can dramatically improve their outlook — a fact that applies not only to cancer survivors, but to everyone. Due to her volunteer work with Look Good, Feel Better and other noteworthy non-profit organizations, Sarah’s mission became clear. She was going to create a healthy, positive place of beauty, wellness, and style — a place where guests could come to look great, feel wonderful, and leave in a better and happier frame of mind. What’s more therapeutic than that? Sarah is the proud mother of three extraordinary daughters.
